President and Owner- Responsible for the day to day operation of the company, to provide criminal deterrent services to the business community of office buildings, industrial parks, residential neighborhoods, retail malls, hotels, private companies and constructions sites.   Responsibilities include maintaining client relations which encompasses; guaranteeing excellence in service, expanding the scope of services, responding to clients needs and supporting our clients overall management of their properties.  Internal responsibilities include the oversight of all Field Managers, the Director of Human Resources and all Mesa employees.  Additional duties include the management of Mesa's office, equipment, supplies, vehicle fleet, security resources and all assets.  First started working for Mesa in 1999 as a security officer, while completing a degree at UNM.  Currently licensed by the State of New Mexico as a Private Investigator and as a Private Patrol Operator. 

New York Life Insurance Company, Inc. Albuquerque, New Mexico

Licensed Agent- Hired as an agent trainee, which upon successful completion, resulted in being licensed as a sales agent of life insurance.  Also was trained for sales in annuities, mutual finds, retirement investments and long term health care products. 

Reynolds Enterprises, Inc. Albuquerque, New Mexico

Manager- Originally hired on a part time basis while attending college.  Over time became the manager of the local Philly Express.  Duties included the hiring, training and discipline of staff in addition to the ordering and inventory control of all food products.  Was responsible for staffing and cost controls. 

Education: Graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of New Mexico in Geography and a Minor in Political Science.   Post Graduate courses in secondary education at Technical Vocational Institute, College of Santa Fe and numerous courses and seminars in accounting, business insurance and law.

Married since 1997, active in Building Owners & Management Association, New Mexico Facilities Managers Network, UNM Lobo Club and Boy Scouts of America.

The management team shown above represents the high level of professionalism that Mesa has assembled in order to provide our clients with the very best possible security services. Their combined 44 years of employment with Mesa insures their complete knowledge of our policies, procedures and our clients’ requirements. They bring to their positions decades of experiences in a vast variety of fields. These include military experience in the Army, Air Force and National Guard, corrections experience while working in prisons, human resource management experience, banking, culinary services, manufacturing, computer technical services, and industrial technical and security officer duties with numerous other firms. Additionally, they have successfully obtained higher education levels throughout their individual working careers.
